He is responsible for the company’s vision and mission. He negotiates mergers and acquisitions, makes new deals with brand owners and is ultimately responsible for investing in local brand operation entities.
He began his career in trading consumer products and specializes in marketing, channel management and manufacturing of consumer products. Mr. Zhang has accumulated decades of expertise in the consumer goods and fashion goods industry.
Ten years experience in the North American capital market, with a master from Columbia University, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has a seat in UTG’s primary decision-making body, the board of directors, and in the Executive Committee.
20 years experience in apparel product development. Used to work with Playboy, Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club. Currently, he is overseeing all operations in the China market.
Supports the success of the company enterprise and assures effective execution of business strategies especially in the field of Branding and Marketing, Trademark Protection and Business Development.
