Operating through UTG's global platform and international network, our leadership team combines strategic brand stewardship with hands-on commercial execution across key consumer markets.

Alex Wang

FOUNDER & BOARD CHAIRMAN

Acting as the chief representative for the company’s founding family, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing the group and serving as the liaison for all shareholders. He is responsible for the company’s vision and mission. He negotiates mergers and acquisitions, makes new deals with brand owners and is ultimately responsible for investing in local brand operation entities.

George Liu

CO-FOUNDER

George is a seasoned strategist and finance executive with over a decade of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and investment strategy. A graduate of Columbia University and an alumnus of Harvard Business School, George brings a unique combination of analytical rigor and visionary leadership to UTG.

Jack Zhang

BOARD DIRECTOR & SENIOR COUNSEL

He began his career in trading consumer products and specializes in marketing, channel management and manufacturing of consumer products. Mr. Zhang has accumulated decades of expertise in the consumer goods and fashion goods industry.

Bruce Liu

GENERAL MANAGER

With more than 20 years of experience in apparel and consumer-product development, Bruce leads the development and execution of UTG’s brand operations, working closely with product, retail, digital and operating partners across key markets. Used to work with Playboy, Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club.

Cedric Devroye

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Cedric leads international brand development, licensing and strategic partnerships, tardemark protection and working with brand owners and operating partners to identify new category and market opportunities. Before joining UTG, he was working with Procter and Gamble for the Western-EU market. Global executive MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Zhiyong Zhang

SVP, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Mngt

With decades of experience across apparel and leather goods, Zhiyong leads UTG’s supply-chain and manufacturing capabilities, overseeing sourcing strategy, product quality and relationships with specialized manufacturing partners across Asia and international markets.
